Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summer Camp Refund and Cancellation Policy:  All sales are final (exceptions allowed).  Refunds allowed only for injury, illness or family emergency.  An admin fee of $35 will be charged for all refunds.

Any cancellations/changes must be received in writing.  If you cancel for any reason other than injury, illness or family emergency, we will issue a camp “credit” for all camp fees paid minus a $35 admin fee, valid through the following summer (Current Year).  Your camp credit can be applied to the same type/site of summer camp you originally registered or academy drills, based on availability.  Credits are transferable to an immediate family member.

No camp fees will be refunded for no-shows, late arrivals or same week cancellations.  Once the camp week begins, the full registration fee for that week is forfeited.  

Behavior-related dismissals from camp will not be eligible for a refund.

All classes/programs subject to change or cancellation if class enrollment not met.
